Newsletter survey

The survey in the Spring newsletter was ‘How easy do you find using a PC?’. And right away something interesting was discovered… if you were viewing the newsletter from an Apple device you couldn’t even see the survey, let alone answer it! A different poll method is being used for the Summer newsletter survey to solve the problem… and it looks OK on an iPad.

So taking into consideration at least three Spring readers couldn’t respond to the survey, here’s the result for those that did respond.

Looks like you HRAA members are a pretty savvy lot… 94% of respondents said they could do just about anything other than a small concern about video and podcasts. The remainder got emails and newsletters printed out for them.

The Summer newsletter survey is all about how good the Kings Seeds supplies ordered through the HRAA scheme were to check if we’re getting top quality items. ONLY answer the survey if you ordered your seeds via the HRAA scheme. If you got your seeds directly from Kings or from another retailer please don’t answer the survey… the germination rate may be affected by how the seeds were stored by the retailer, and Kings may supply allotment associations in a different way to direct orders.

Included in the survey are seed potatoes and any other vegetables or plants supplied.
